It looks like the pics are of sugar leaves not Caylxes. The trichomes on sugar leaves will turn much sooner that the calyx.

looking at the pics provided, it looks like your ROUGHLY 20% clear, 75% milky, 5% amber.

Your very close to peak, if not at the peak currently. Id personally wait another week, and try for a 10% 80% 10% clear/cloudy/amber... the more cloudy trichs you have, the higher the THC content.

I go even further, and let more amber build though... the amber trichs are actually degrading, but the stoned couch lock high is what I enjoy so I give it that extra time to ripen. But if you are just shooting for highest THC levels, it looks like your fairly close

I dont, and while I'm not going to say it doesnt do anything, I personally dont think it does much of anything lol. Is it going to hurt to put her in the dark? Doubtful. Will it do anything though? I cant say that.

I DO try to let my plants dry out a bit before harvest though, but thats just so drying rH fluctuates less, not because I feel it does anything to the buds itself

Whatever you choose to do, as long as you keep your drying rH between 50-60%, and let them dry for at LEAST a full week before jarring, youll have some killer buds. Just don't rush drying time, and everything else will fall into place
