Harvesting males?

Ok that makes sense. I've got them in quaranteen in my closet away from the females and in 11/13 photoperiod. Ill wait until I have some pollen to harvest from them, and then into the compost heap. That kinda sucks... they smell so nice

How do I decide which male to use the pollen from (going to pollinate just a few dozen pistils) biggest stongest one? or maybe the one with the most flowers on it

This is the fun part of breeding in the sense that you choose which make you like based on what exactly you want. I'd choose the one with the densest flower clusters, best internode space, strongest root system (basically the positive "basic aspects" of MJ plants) but also the ones who have the smell, etc I like (the aspects you desire).

If you're gonna flower them out to collect pollen you may have trics tho (depending on strain they can start appearing from week 2-4 of flower), so a hash run is possible then, I thought you were just gonna veg them that's why I said making hash was pointless.

If you do grow out the resulting seeds from the pollen, clone everything before you flower it because you could find a "super female" (from hybrid vigour) that's worth keeping.

I'll guess you didnt follow my link, it's not useless. I have pioneered a new way to use male plants
