Soooooo, we just bought a vaporizer, for sixty bucks. dual hoses it's no volcano or anything but has anyone used one of these before???

I just wanna know how they worked, what the weed tasted like, if it can make schwag taste good. also, what temp. do you use? we're looking forward to getting it in the next couple days, probably should have asked before hand but it was a pretty hasty decision. But... I've been a very good boy lately.

despite the low-tech look of the box vapes, I hear they work wonders. I own an oxygen mini, made by the trusted vapir company. I'd never admit that I've smoked weed out of it but i imagine that the taste is very... clear. It's not the kind of mind-blowing taste you might dream for but every hit has life in it. Shwag? Nah, not really, shwag will taste like schwag - which makes sense. I imagine I would set it anywhere from 370-380 F.

and it is not that they are shonky ,i would say they are drop shipping and have a few problems now and again.
and they seem to be a bit slow in there after sale service.

Man, have vaporizers come a long way. I have one but it doesn't have a digital display or anything. It also doesn't have dual. And it cost me twice what you paid. It definitely works when I smoke, oh, let's say tobacco for instance.

The tricky part is that you have to figure out how to draw the air at the correct speed. If you draw too little, then your stuff doesn't vaporize like it should. If you draw it too fast/much, you can still burn what you're smoking. So it takes just a little bit of practice to vape properly. I think that is why there is also the bag system, forcing air through the heating elements at the correct speed.

The other strange thing about it is that you can't really "feel" the smoke either the same way if you use a pipe or bong. There is only a little bit of heat and definitely a taste that it is more mellow and very different.

The only drawbacks to mine are storing/hiding the thing, the time it takes to warm up (like 2 minuites) and that damn whip and tube left out on my coffee table makes me look like a hard core drug user! But I can smoke all I want without wondering what my lungs will look like afterwards.

i bought a vapir from ebay. I love the thing. Heats up pretty fast, or it's heated up before i finish grinding my herbs. The only 'problem' with a vape is that b/c there's no smoke you may have a hard time finding your limit. The first time I used it I thought i had done it wrong i went to stand up and fell right over. I laid on the floor for a good 5-10 min before I even begin to wonder what the hell i was doing on the floor. Another thing I dont like about it is all the damn parts. i have a hard enough time keeping up with lighters let alone 5 bags, hose, caps, the holder, etc.
I am griping but I love the damn thing, it works every time and the smell is minimal.

Well, the asshole sent us the wrong one... the grinder broke, the little metal pieces inside of it. I think it's good, but with the same shit I could make a much better one, or out of a straightening Iron. many of them heat up to over four hundred degrees. I think it works best at like 35-370 degrees. It's good, but I feel ripped off.

vaporizers.... the volcano, the only one i think worth buying in the long run its a good way to save bud and money, but its really expensive to buy it...

I've notice I have to turn mine up a little higher now than when it was new. All in all, you have to practice a bit untill you get it working optimally. It's kinda nice to use now and then. I still prefer bongs or rolling though and the vape only comes out every once in a while.

My wife bought me one for Christmas 2009. The main chamber gets much hotter than the secondary. We rotate them back and forth. We've used ice bongs, joints of various sizes, pipes etc. This thing is entry level, but the weed we have been smoking we have reached a consistent level of new high. It did make our reggie better (indica dominant ditch weed) and it take far less to get us from high to stoned to baked.

This stuff gets us passed couchlock and into somewhat motivated but completely baked stage.

We are looking at the higher priced better featured models now with a question buzzing in our heads...If this little POS off of Ebay gets us this baked, how much better is the filtering and operation of the higher priced vapo's?

Might be a better high than this? We're going to find out!

Vaporizers are sooooo nice. A buddy of mine bought one and it's my new best friend. Im trying to find one for myself. Just pack the weed in the end that goes around the light/heated rod part and it just burns pure thc off the bud. The high from vaps are so nice to. The smoke, which there barely is much, is so clean and smooth. And we had some weed with a lemon flavor, and you can somewhat taste it after your hit but not overpowering, so even bad tasting weed wont be horrible. Have fun with it man. Let us know how it goes

yeah bongs are easily the favorite but no one can beat rolling one up. its classic and fun. seems like vaps are like special occasion things. haha

I have a few questions about using these.1.Do they help eliminate odor and smoke build up in the room your using it in?
2. Do they inhance or kill the taste of the bud your smoking?
3. Do they come with directions on how to use,lol?

vapes are the shit, very minimul smell, like 1/4 of usual weed burn smell, u ge higher off less weed and it taste better cause ur only heating up the bud enough to vape the trichromes
