Do you have an ir thermometer? 225 for 10 minutes. Cast iron should work fine.

My big gig is distillate. The goo fully fecarbs under those conditions.
But once upon a time I decarbed a batch of fresh extract under lab conditions. Silicone oil bath at 110 C, magnetic stirring, gas-exclusion manifold ... done in ten minutes as verified by tlc (silica; 3:1 hex/CH2Cl2) with ceric acid/heat to visualize approximate quantities.
Thus my numbers.
So far my groove is to do a hexane extraction under reflux, then pump the residue down and do a short-path vacuum distillation 2x. I’ve had some runs that were almost colorless, but beer bottle brown is more usual.

The decarb to scorch window is narrow. Oven is your friend, pick some alone time for it

If you have a pressure cooker just cook a jar of dry weed for like 30 minutes. Complete but very gentle decarb

ended up moving(from skillet)to mason jar and slow cooker after about 10 mins, gave it 1 hr and added butter to it

Ime, if you're going to be baking, decarb is not necessary. But if you want to get high by buttering up your toast, then the decarb is needed.

Most baking is too cool and too short at temp to effect decarb.

I bake my cookies @375° for 10-12 minutes. I have found no issues with lack of potency.

Cookie centers see 180 degrees for less than a minute. Time at temp means center of sample, not oven temp. Baking isn’t hot enough for long enough.
