Has anyone did the 12/12 light scedule from seed

plz let me no if i should do this iv herd its alright but grows slow

There is a many threads on this, overall consensus would be not from seed, but from clone is alright. You can end up with something flowering way too early and yield a bowl pack, who wants that? Not saying that is always the case, not to mention you have to pick males. It's all about clones my friend.

hi , ive done this many times , dont expect big yields it just aint happening its called 'micro growing' for a reason . its not a slow way of growing it is actualy very fast the plant matures very quickly. ill try to answer any questions i can for you based on what i learnt myself from doing this , there are allso some good threads about the forums on this style of growing , i agree with firebullet cloning from a mother is a lot more productive , the reason i did this for a while was coz i got given a bag of about 200 seeds some guy had collected from bags hed smoked , its a great way of learening about how mj grows though it taught me lots of things you wouldnt normally read/hear about .

I am trying this my next grow.
I believ eit will let me try more varieties of smoke and i can do a perpetual harvest (new seed (s) in every 7 days -- i plan on growing 3 seeds at a time every 7 days and keeping only the most vigorouse female out of em.

starting next week i figure ill have the bud by december and every week after that.

personally im lookinf for only 1/4 every week.

best of luck but if you had room for a mom you could root a new clone or 2 every week and have a more mature female plant.

You would need to constantly have to germ seeds and I feel those first weeks take there time to build the mature plant able to flower, more time then rooting a clone. Then what if they are all male, no harvest this week. Not to mention flower time of different strains and phenos.

If you do have room for a mom then do your 12/12 for a few months as you grow a large healthy mom (12/12 til it sexes then put in veg) if you dont I might see why you would do the 12/12... I would rather have an Oz a week compared to 1/8 or 1/4 a week which wouldn't last me a few days...

theres nothing wrong with 12/12 from seed. it actually will take the same amount of time 12/12 from seed or if you veg the plant depending on how long you veg. 12/12 from seed will still have a 2-3 week veg time and then you plants should show sex. your yeild will be small if you only do a few plants. the last time i used this method i had 6 plants and i only got 3 ounces under a 600w hps. this time i have 28 seedlings and im hopin for 14-16 fems with about 7-10 ounces. its a really nice method once you get everything dialed in. for more info search for a thread called "a different way to grow 12/12 from seed' the guy atmosphere that i belive made this thread has turned me on to this method. all the info that you need is on this thread. the plants stay small so if you use this method dont expect to get a large yeild off only a couple of plants. nothing about the plants change except for the yeild. there are alot of people on this forum that will try to give information without even having any experience. you cant belive everything you hear. ive done it and i liked the finished product but i didnt like the yeild. so this time im running 28 plants with a mini seed sea of green with LST. check out my guy atmospheres thread, you'll be happy you did. knowledge is power. peace.

it sucks don't do it just be patient i learned the hard way, that's why i am letting my other top before i flower

it only sucks if you use the method incorrectly. not saying that you used it incorrectly but it does take some practice before perfected. easier said than done. a gram per watt with this method is possible. but everyone does have their own ways of doing things. some people like organic and some people like senthetic. its all about what you choose. 12/12 from seed is nice when your vertical space is limited, if not go ahead and veg.
