Has anyone ever tried Epsom salt as a quick dry method for buds???

Hey,
A long while back when I was growing mushrooms I always used Epsom salt to dry them. The process was very quick and the mushrooms came out crispy dry.

Can this same process be applied to drying cannabis buds. Has anyone ever tried it?

You don't WANT to quick dry the buds. That's counter-productive. Good bud needs a slow cure, not quick drying. The cure can make or break great bud. Now if you just wanna quickie to sample, that's another story, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna nurse the plants for however long, only to ruin the final product.

I know this buddy. I use quick dry methods for testing purposes and quick smokes. Anyone?

Ah, gotcha!! Sorry, sometimes ya just never know. I would think that it would be a bitch to get the salts out of the buds, but then, I aint real familiar with the mechanics of what it involves. I would think that any dessicant would work.

dosent get much quicker if its just a taster than toss on tin foil over a lamp...maybe half hour at most. doubt epsom would be faster. quick dry taste bad enough as it is without epsom near it id think.
