ok so me an my friend were thinkn u know those topsy turvy things you grow tomatoes in? yea like i know if u used it on weed that it wont work bc the plant will always grow to the sun or light but say u put the lights on the floor of your grow room do u thnk itl grow downwards so like all the water an nutes u use goes right to the tops has anyone tried this? idk itl b an experimental thing jus to try an c if it works...thanks and comments and advice needed

It would be kind of a kick to see a twelve foot plant, upside down!

hell yea lol i think we still gunna do it tho jus to c cuz we like to experiment everything try new things to improve crop or growth idk if itl work but hey trial and error right

Um...no.

People grow tomatoes like that because otherwise they will sink to the ground and rot on the plant. Do you have this problem with bud? If you do I'm jelous

It is possible, thats for sure. I've seen probally 5 grows using them on here and not a single one gave it a positive review, if you want to try it and find out for yourself you could, but I personally wouldnt waste the time. Best of luck either way.

I would like to gurerilla grow some 1 gal plants in paint cans camoflaged an hung up in some trees.
Use uncle bens to make 4 main stems an have em grow up the can on allsides to help hide it.
I may try a clone like this for an experiment this year.

I think you just thought of the only plus for growing pot like this, the small amount of camouflage from the air

I have tried my own variation of a topsy turvy...i got idea from YouTube... i hope to move them outside when they grow up a bit, and it get a little warmer for night hours are still in low 30's F. these are the first clones i tried in gh cuttings ratio+super thrive.

i dont see y it wouldnt work with the lights on the floor. it would be cool if you had a tall enough room to put the light in the middle in cooltubes and grow from the above and below. and if you had anything thin and lanky hanging upside down it wouldnt need staked to hold the branches up. 1 big problem ild see coming would be watering and having it dripping on the lights
