i have a tent comming and it has been held 3 hours away since friday. when i tracked it today it now says ups is holding the shipment per a contract service offering. what does that mean?

Did you pay for shipping? Call them and demand your package.

Shouldn't be, sounds suspicious to me. If you paid for shipping then you have every right to call UPS and bitch them out. Are you growing anything right now?

Usually this is due to a customs/delivery issue, in most cases the package just arrives a little later than expected but sometimes they may require some more information. I would call them and find out what exactly is going on.

on the phone with them now...its not showing that message on there end. and the lady has never even heard of that. so i dunno whats going on. i am growing ghost chilis atm.

never mind she wasnt looking in the right place, it does show that on her end. but she has no clue what it means.
