my grandma is faster than speedy multi emails and even without a reply place an order the 15th.waited a couple days nothing placed order with the tude the 18th was at my doorstep the 25th. still not a word back from speedy. pm'ed speedy on here yeaterday take a guess no reply

I was away on vacation from the 12th -19th, I didn't charge for any orders during this period until I returned.
my inbox receives over 50 messages a day on here and its a 50 message in box, plus i'm focusing as much of my time as i can this week to getting the orders out.
I feel bad that your experience with speedy has not been what you expected and I appologize to you.

haha..i looked at attitude, they tried to charge me up to 20$ for a "garunteed shipping" speedy does this for free, if you find out your shipment has been taken by customs he sends out a replacement asap. i looked at nirvana, when i got to the checkout page, it redirected me to a dutch ipod website, i looked at buydutchseeds and they're product was outragiously priced...then i found this thread, i found speedy. one guy, supplying thousands of people, taking the time to personally talk and help each and every customer. i ordered seeds from him. and the seeds were out of stock, so what does seedy do? reccomend me to another great/similar product. you rarely even find ANY customer service on the net, and after doing business with speedy i feel like i've met a new friend.. haha
the man took a much needed vacation to see his children..when he came back he had over a thousand emails..i dont understand how he does it..i dont even know why i'm defending him so much, guess i just have respect for a man of his word.

I just have to say that I am extremely impressed with Speedyseedz..Reading all of these posts in this thread and all of the communication and praise, along with my order as well...I just cant stress enough the excellent level of customer service this place provides!! It seems that every concern and question is personally answered in a timely and professional matter..its just awesome! I cant wait to plant my seeds that I ordered, and I feel that there are hundreds more members here that feel the same way.
