mg can't be near as good as fox farms potting soil mixes. have you seen the bad ass graphics they print on the bags? that alone makes ff a better soil and you get to pay twice the price.

Allright i have a similar setup. In fact i even started using mg moisture control soil. Under cfls. same veg nute same flower nute. I havent gotten to flowering yet but im lovin the all purpose vegging nutes. I havent burned my plants. I dont even measure the amounts. Just a drizzle per gallon. Works great. Mg is cheap and effective.

Thanks for this guys. We are on 1st grow. 10&1/2 weeks veg/3rd week of flower. Mars Hydro 96 reflector series from seeds. NON autoflowers.
MG looks to be doing great dispite the disinformation on google. I don't think we will get big buds but with a perfect environment we will flower as long as possible. 2 of our plants turning lime green. 15630747619471931987500.jpg 1563074886167-1593057774.jpg 1563075073103-1861000351.jpg 1563075228206-1473887217.jpg

Another old and rightfully dead thread revived.

LMAO !! Gimme a break, I used it my last grow according to the directions on the box. Always fed when I watered the recommended mixture and also sparayed on the leaves every day. Almost immpossible to get fert burn unless you dont follow the directions which are clearly printed on box and your measuring cup has 2 sizes. An outdoor big spoon and an indoor very small spoon to measure per gallon of water. Im tired of every1 knocking Miracle gro. Look at my plants do they look like they are hurtin ?? Hell no !! Miracle gro potting mix u can purchase at just about any store.
I use it as well

Miracle-Gro will work fine if used as directed. I use the houseplant rate ( 1 tsp/gal) for the first watering at flowering then 1/2 that until flushing 2 weeks before harvest. You don't have to pay the ripoff prices for the designer fertilizers, a molecule of Nitrogen is the same in it's elemental form whether it comes from Monsanto or bat guano. The MG ferts are 15 to 30 times stronger than the designer counterparts so close attention to feeding directions are important. Flush for two weeks before flowering with plain water and there will be no chemical taste.

Any complete and balanced fertilizer with micro elements will grow good plants. No need to buy a bunch of expensive additives if you give the plant it's required elements. Pay no attention to the weed killer idea, this is just not true. There is no weed killer in MG, only NPK Boron copper iron and manganese
That's how I feel. Plus I make my feed for my girls
