Has anyone used Super Soil in less than 7 gal container with success?

I was interested to know if anyone has experience or noticed a journal using subcools super soil in smaller containers? Obviously one would need to reduce veg time so the soil doesnt run outa gas before harvest. I am just interested in maybe growing smaller plants with less light. (600w vs 1000w) I'd ideally like to keep my environment as close to subcools recommendation, but i am limited in space.

Thanks for the input guys :P~

how long do you veg ? Do you veg from the start in the 3gal? how much super soil are you using per 3 gallon container?

I veg for 2-3 weeks. I clone to solo cups for a couple weeks into 3 gals. Depending on strain, 30-50% SS.

The stuff is really strong and a lot of strains can't take much more than 30%.

If needed I use some liquid nutes at the end of the cycle, but it's usually not.

Have you tried top dressing your pots with the super soil for the extra nutes? or maybe you have better results from the liquid nutes?

Also - are you growing any TGA strains this way? And what are your yields from 3 gal? And what kind of light are they under for flowering?

2 months of vegging? let me know when ur done flowering if you had enough gas to get through the whole cycle :P

Never tried top dressing. I get 2-3 zips per. I'm growing some querkle now, she likes lighter feeding like 30% SS.

Check my sig for a link to my set up.

So, to calrify. you clone in solo cups for 2-3 weeks, then into 3gal with 30% SS and begun flowering after transplant?

No. I have an aero cloner which I go directly into solo cups for 2-3 weeks, into 30-50% SS and veg for 2-3 weeks then flower.

Ive used 3 gallons as well, shit works fine bro... I only used 25 percent at the bottom, but will probably have to top dress...
