Bro I don't see any pistils on the plant, it definitely has pollen sacks all over it so whether or not it had pistils or not the plant is either hermie or male. You should get rid of it before those sacs burst and your grow room is contaminated because that pollen will stick around unless the area is cleaned properly and if not you run the risk of pollenating your next group of females. For your second question no it won't produce smokable bud, the male plant produces small amounts of thc if you have a big plant you might be able to make hash out of it and get some kind of smoke, but I would personally just toss it. If the plant truely is a hermie and not just a male than it could have been caused by a number of things: Any kind of Stress, Interruption of night cycle, heat stress, also if it is bagseed it may have had hermie parent plants.

Yeah it hurts to have to toss one of your children haha, but you gotta remember feminized seeds aren't guaranteed females believe it or not, I am sure you can send Nirvana an email and they will send you new seeds. Honestly I just bought regular seeds because after reading through the forum I saw a lot of cases similar to this where their feminized seeds were going hermie or male. So I got a regular pack and planted six and got four females, under the right conditions you can get all females: Grow room temp 70-78 degrees, a lot of blue vegetative light until flowering, little or no stress during the fourth week of growth I heard something about it being a sensitive time for the plant. Basically the less stress the better and I am finishing up my first grow now and stressed my plants a few times and still ended up with majority females so just try again your bound to get a 50% female ratio and once you get a nice girl just clone her and keep your collection all ladies. Good luck
