hmm, dont people get thrown out of college for smoking weed?

since he admitted that publicly, shouldnt he lose his diplomas?

and get the punishment allotted to weedsmokers?

That's not true. although Obama doesn't favor legalization, he believes drugs should be treated as a health issue rather than a criminal one.

And My guess is during Obama's second term

he will push for legalization. He has to get re-elected to get the rest of his Agenda. Obama is some one who Truly cares about the USA and the Middle Class.

How does anyone think legalization will go down, assuming the same bipolar political system is still in place after the election (all americans pretty much know it will be, unless by some miracle Paul wins.) As in, in the next presidency, republican or democrat, what is congress's course of action here? Or will it simply keep going medicinal in every state and eventually evolve into what Cali has now, which is a black/white market, essentially. Thus, making it too hard to police? I'm just trying to speculate how this legalization thing will happen and trying to get in on the ground floor when it does.

After Obama Wins again. He just tells the Justice department to stop prosecuting Individuals in possession of small amounts of weed
Then it will be too late for the Law And Order Republicans to use against him since he cannot ruun for reelection.
