I don't know about regular photos, but I am growing 4 auto's under 2 45w (6500), 2 45w (2700) and 2 40w (multi 5000) cfl's.. They are doing great. So, I think you should be ok.

NEVER enough lights:bigjoint:CFL's are awesome for veg, they keep cool and cheap to run. HPS is preferred for flowering for the more red spectrum of light you need to simulate fall sun. You'll also get a better yield imo
cfls will not provide enough light through flowering... get an inexpensive150 watt hps or LED panel
$65 reputable LED panel

$60 150 watt HPS

either of those will help you along nicely!

How many Plants could i grow under that Led panel ?

1-4 depending on size.... it only has a 2'x2' footprint... that make larger models that are budget oriented and still work great... look at the "things other people looked at after viewing this" link on amazon

CFL kicks ass for veg, but like Diabolical said before you need a HPS to flower efficiently. Get a 150W HPS to supplement your CFLs for flowers and U probably be satisfied but in the long run you will invest in at least a 400w. I grew a QP my first grow 6 plants SOG style under a 150HPS and six 42 watt CFL. But when I went to a 400W my yields increased and my temps went down. People think that a shitload of CFLs is good for a closet or stealth grow and by all means they are, but the multitude of lights is quite cumbersome and when you add up the heat build up from that many lights you would be better off with a single HPS. I built my 150HPS remote ballasted from the DIY forum on here and truthfully its my favorite grow light because of the sentimental value invested. When I put the 400W with my 150W my yields increased exponentially. But I still use CFLS exclusively to Veg U can get them so close without burning

all led here, and get 3+ oz's dry, per plant, short 3 foot indoor ones.. the biggest problem is tying those huge buds up. I used to have twice the plants and cannot ad more lights, (electric) so I grow half the plants and get almost double the output of each plant.

Lol...guy asks about cfls and most suggest hps...
Who said cfls won't provide enough light for flowering....

Hps bulbs are inefficient lights for growing as they put off light more in the yellow, orange and green spectrum than the red or blue that plants need. The advantage of hps is the amount of lumens per watts is higher giving better light penetration.

OP your answer is YES,you do have enough light for two plants.Use the 6-6500k for veg,for the two plants until you want to flower then use all the lights for flowering for the best results.

I would recommend an American made light;) but that one is good for 2 plants maybe 4 small ones.If you need more info on led, please do some research in the led and other lighting sub forum here in RIU.GL

Don't listen to ANYONE telling you you can't flower with cfl man..straight up. I use LED now but I started out with a 216 watt t5 fixture. You can grow decent bud, you just have to get the lights as close to the plants as possible. You're on the right track using the 2700k bulbs, the red spectrum is better for flower. If you haven't done so you might wanna consider some low stress training that way you can get as much light coverage as possible. The buds will not be as dense as if you use a more powerful HPS or led. But you absolutely can get very respectable results using cfl.

CFL works, but not as good, the potency and size of your buds will be smaller. The HUGE drawback of HPS is simple. Most people do not own the property they live in nowadays. They do not have the option of changing breakers and such sooo. plugging a 1000 watt HPS light into the wall and only that light is one thing, but that light will now need a high amp air conditioner and cooling fans. not many people have 2 dedicated outlets in one room. You can use LED and that 1000 watts actually draw about 600 watts or 6 amps, half of what you have on a 15 amp service. With such a low heat demand, you can now use a 5k air conditioner and your fans on one circuit. a dedicated service, (you check for that before or pay with your blown fuses, burnt lights, etc. later). hope this helps someone :+)

You seem knowledgeable based off one post. Good enough for me :) Can you please offer advice on my setup? https://www.rollitup.org/t/first-time-grower-tent-hydro-led-cfl-combo-thanks-for-any-advice.841866/#post-1080917
