bend it over til it touches the pot and secure. ya want an almost 90 degree bend.
Agreed.
Plus, add more soil. Are you for real using foil in your grow room? You don't want to do that. IMO. Heat spots.
Also if it was me I would top it, use the top as a clone and then do lst. Just my 2 cents.

Looks like your off to a good start, but like SGT said you definatly want to add more dirt. Just a trick to know about lsting you can wait until your plant is needing a good watering (when it is limp) and it is very easy to bend the plant without breaking it. NO FOIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i don't think anyone one can do that, they could give you an idea, but not a definite. only one true way to tell and that is with time, but until then lets hope it's a girl.

No way of knowing until it starts to flower if you have a male or female. I once had a female seed that I ordered and it turned out to be a male.
As for your soil. I would secure your plant at the base where it enters the soil turn your pot upside down. "BE VERY CAREFUL" you don't want to ruin your root system and send your plant into shock. refile your pot so you have about 1 inch of soil from the top. Dig a nice hole in the center of the soil so you can replant your plant and secure it gently around the plant. But after doing all this, "DO NOT" bend it back over. Give it a few days to recover from the transplant.

Wait at least 5 days to a week. You want as less stress as possible. This is what I would do. Others may start to train earlier, but from what I can see you have plenty of time to train your plant. Don't rush her and she will reward you in the end. Also, plants have feelings so make sure you spend a lot of time with her. Talk to her, sing to her stroke her leaves "make sure your hands are clean first" and she will love you for it. The more love you give to her the more she will reward you. Good luck.

Yes, plants know when you care. If the only time you go and check on your plant is to water her she will be unhappy. And you will probably run into issues because of it.
