I'm trying to find out if my plants have been pollinated I've tried to research it on my own but I see signs that it could have been and signs that it may be alright not experienced grower and I would hate to destroy good plants

I don't see any signs that it has but even it was there isn't anything you can do about it now. Just keep doing what you've been doing and let it finish.
