My first grow and i just started LST on one of my plants, i topped it & it has about 4 main leaves up, i tied the upper part of the main stem down and its now its working its way up trying to straighten out again and its in small pot so its probly about to start getting rootbound if its not already im about to transfer it to a 15 gallon tomorrow
:leaf:
What should i do after the transfer?
Do i tie it all down again?
I also heard to tie down other colas?
I also heard about some circle method where the plant grows around the pot like a bush?
If so how do i get it to grow like that?
:leaf:

What I did was unhook all my restraints from the pot BUT left them tied to the plant...this way when you transplant you just retie the restraints to the new pot...to get the spiral you want can't top because its gonna bush out...the spiral comes by training the single main tip around the edge of the pot...I tried it and trust me when I say it doesn't come out like you imagine it...there's no wrong way to train...read the plant and try to maximize light exposure across your plant and u successfully LSTd

I usually try to get about 8 upright branches going by lst'ing when the plant is young. That's plenty to ensure I get a nice bushy plant..
