have this ground up bud rotted

i have got some ground up bud. That i had stored in a air tight plastic tub but now it has gone a dark green and smells bitter has it rotted in the tub. i don't want to smoke it in-case it has gone bad.

You probably stored it wet. Use glass not plastic.

should i toss it then or should i risk smoking it

I sure as hell would not smoke it, as julius said it's not a good idea to store buds in plastic, always use glass.

I'm using glass now i will get rid of this it's only a amount for a spliff any way have to wait until next grow is harvest lol
