If you chop now your going to lose on potency and weight but you will get something out of them, shit, half the weed in my country is chopped way before what I know is ready and folk still buy it and still get high. It pains me that they do, but some folk are desperate MFs.
If the fiancée needs it for medical reasons take it while you still have it to chop. I hope your not planning on drying it in that same unsecure place though.
I hate harvesting early but id be damned if I was going to let someone else get the fruits of my labour.

the world gets stranger everyday.
if I truly thought someone was in my garden I would chop, cause it may not be there latter, or the cops would be waiting.
however the watering can not put back, well I would just figure it fell or I didn't put it back. sometimes for me when I do the same thing over and over then try to recall if I did all the steps later (like when going to bed) it can get muddled.
now what you should be asking is how to better secure/hide my grow.

The shed is old with no lock, I only use it about an hour and a half before sun goes down and back out in the middle of the night so I get my full 12/12. Drying and curing will done in my bedroom! But I talked to my fiancé and she seems to lean towards you guys and say let her go awhile longer, she really needs it to be “the good shit”

If someone did water it then it can't be a bad thing knowing you could do shift work between you both.
I agree lock the shed,as your main worry is "do they plan on taking it when it's ready". I can't see anyone wanting to help the growth through watering to ring the Feds to pull it up..

It’s all weird and sketchy man so I’m going to let her go another week in a different spot maybe bring her inside at night, it’s been low 50s at night and I’d like to keep her out for that to get some purple color, I know that means nothing for potency but she wants it purple lol. What ever the dank ness is in a week that’s what she gets lol I know what to do for next grow
Are helping you currently using anything besides cannabis, a little meth binge between harvests maybe? Really I can't imagine a thief or a cop tending to your plants before they steal them and if they did hook em up with some smoke for helping, Leave them a note asking to come back and help you trim it's the shittiest part of growing.
