Hey man I took the test about 2 hours ago. I haven't smoked in 11 days. ive drinkine over 70 bottles of water and 5 bottles of cranberry juice. about 10 bottles a water a day sometimes 12-15 bottles a day. ive been pissging anywhere from 7-12 times a day sometimes more depending on how much I drank. when I first started pissing. im pissed on the floor of the place haha. then into the cup. because I think it was you that told me that most of the toxins come out in the begging of urninatiing thanks. I really hope I flushed myself out lol im praying.
