would a felony keep me from my dream of growing medical marijuana legally? im not even suspect of the crime, just worried about what the future could fuck up...
 
it wouldnt keep you from it, but it might suspend your eligibility for the period of time in which you are facing these legal issues.

if he/she are charged with a drug related crime, then more than likely the person charged will be on probation 1-3 years... wich meens drug testing and cops dropping by unexpected.. But after that time you shouldnt have a problem with a med card.. I would think anyway.... if your on west coast no prob!!
 
naw, im hoping i dont get in trouble for it, but i sold some stolen merchandise over state lines and found out thats a big felony. lets just pray i dont get caught.

Actually in Colorado a senator is planning on introducing legislation that would require background checks for all growers and dispensary owners.
