Ah.... Well I have no experience with root pruning or what effects may occur. She appears to be a monster for a 5 gal bucket. IMO.

What concentration of nutes, temp, humidity, light source?

I have cut back to ro water ph 6.0 I'm ftrait water right now flushing I hit it with alot of calmag no change now feeding just water for a day nutrients
Are flora gh nutrients temp 74 humidity 50 if I give it any more then light feed seems to burn the plant general hydroponic nutrients

What nutrient, what strength, lights, temperature, humidity and medium would help others to help you.

Fwiw It looks like nutrient burn but that's just a guess without the details of your grow?

Once a day I clean and put new water and refill nutrients it using ro with ppm at 750 and added calmag ph 6.0 ph does not fluctuate
