I am not the best at diagnosis via pictures but those look to me like you should dial back the nutes....by about 50%.

In my experience, newly rooted clones need to be Fed at seedling levels until they hit their stride. I think those ladies look over Fed and slightly heat stressed.

Again, I am no diagnostic expert so take my thoughts FWIW.
