Apparently you talk on here more than you read as there are dozens of posts and pissed off people regarding orders from them. I too was lied to by them this spring and it was the last time I will ever order from them again. The OP I feel should have just had to pay shipping to have them resent. I was milked out of $110 due to a seized package caused by their shoddy "stealth" shipping methods. Thank god I have about 300 AK48xNL and NLxNL from last year. Pollinate your own and screw the seed banks.
 
I can't believe this is even an argument. I just delt with the exact same situation with 4 different business's. my girlfriend and I are in a legal fight with her apartments managers and to spite us they decided to send out mail back so a bunch of things we had just ordered where sent back to the sellers. It was a huge hassle but now the managers are also getting charged with federal mail tampering lmao! I had to call all the business's and they where all very sympathetic and everyone agreed the most professional and logical solution was for me to pay the re-postage fee's to my house instead. how can a company conduct its service making people pay for items two times when there is a shipping problem. Shipping problems are a common thing in international online businesses so how can they have this ridiculous policy?!

It's the seed depot for me ......
 
Friend of mine fucked up germing and had a bunch of duds. He was polite and persistent and they ended up replacing the ones he had complaint on and even gave him freebies. The tude kicks ass but I would hope they hook u up. You paid for insurance. They are the.only place ill order from until I have problems.
 
Ive hear of this situation before and, like someone above posted, I think you only need to buy one seed to get them to ship the whole thing to you again. I really think you misunderstood the rep. If you're never going to order from them again I would think about a chargeback.

There are Seed Shops out there that are WAY more reasonable than that, go read some of the many customer reviews on The Seed Depot regarding matters like this and customs seizures and then compare them to reviews on Attitude regarding the same matter. You will see a large difference trust me.

I find it horrible that the OP's fellow growers would chose to tell him he is being slanderous or in the wrong in this matter, he paid money for goods and a service he received neither and is still missing money... Just cause you are happy with Attitude, doesn't mean everybody is, I hear many people complain of not getting what they ordered after paying and being told a refund isn't optional and to select something else. This is utter bullshit as well, they should offer the refund, as it is their fuck up, not the customer's and they may not want something else.

If I was this guy I would be laughing my ass of at all you folks downing him when this kind of shit happens to you.

Anyways, For every 5-6 positive things I read about The Tude I read 1 negative...I have only ordered from Herbies and rarely hear anything bad about them. SoS seems pretty good too. I think im going to go with SoS for my next order, but Herbies will always have some of my business from now on just for the fact the way they handled my intro to buying seeds. Good customer service, fast shipping and AMAZING stealth...SoS has a bigger selection though so ill go to them next...

LOL, dude go rub one out or something. The OP messed up when he listed his address. ALL of the seed banks/breeders are in it for the money, and if you think otherwise I feel bad for you. Anyways, this OP is a joke and if I were you I wouldn't get my undergarments tangled over it.
 
Mm attitude is the best. Next time before you make orders, double check all the info at the screen where they ask to double check your info and accept. Never had any issues and they are very generous on their specials.
 
They said they would ship it out 'free' if you paid the entire retail price again? That doesn't sound right, maybe it's a misunderstanding and you only have to buy one more seed + shipping?

actually there is no return address on the parcel from attitude, no seeds will be returned to them if it fail to reach u.

Talk to an admin but you should have put in a disclaimer in your first post so you wouldnt come across as a paid undercover shill.

Thanks for the honesty though. One order with TSD and counting and happy as hell.
 
Uh yeah I think everyone is in it for the money. Just like they are at any other job or business. You have to be to survive, it's common sense isn't it?
 
Let's be realistic, your paying up $25 dollars for a single seed (and the price seems to be rising) and nobody is in it for the money? Please that's so disingenuous, I think I'd probably crap my pants from disbelief if anybody had the williness to tell the truth on the matter...
