You shouldnt workout more than 2 hours a day. If you exhaust your body it will probably go catabolic and you dont want that.question for all and any
is my goal to allways be sore after a workout, like the next day
i feel like it is
if im not
i dont feel like i've done anything
I take glutamine too, seems to help. You shouldnt workout more than 2 hours a day. If you exhaust your body it will probably go catabolic and you dont want that.
when i take the winter off or w.e and then start back up my joints hurt alil but after awhile they are fine. after one or two workout sessions my muscles are sore but eventually get used to it. Not to mention i take glutamine and every supp there is to combat catabolism and have an anabolic effect. Glutamine, protien, and some type of sugarless carb should always be in your stomach after a WO....trust me this shit works wonders with soreness and building muscle.
Years of hardwork, dedication, and steriods.question for all and any

does soreness means your building muscle
this is the look i want
If i took like 3 cycles of steroids i would look like this... But then again ive been training hard for the past 4 years and started working out when i was 13...so your base needs to be a hell of alot stronger than it is to look like this... not to mention your diet has to be top notch to even think about having a Bf% like thatthis is the look i want
yeah i look and feel like shit nowwho would want to look like they're on roids? you can tell the juicers at the gym. they go from big to small between cycles and when they are offseason, they look like shit. when they're on season, they feel like shit
hey dude, it's all good. I seen peeps at the gym do amazing transformations in just 90 days. all it takes is dedication, determination, and some gym time. good luck on your questyeah i look and feel like shit now
