Heat problems... Please help

So SWIM is running 2*20watt CFL 2000k and 1*23watt CFL 4000k and 1*15watt CFL 6700k over two juicy tomato's they're in a ply wood box that is completely sealed the problem is that I cant drill any more holes and the inside temp is pushing 28-30 degrees Celcuis. Around 86F I plan to put a fan in there but after that I will have used up all the plugs on the power board and thats that.

So I guess my question is does anyone know of any solutions to heat in small spaces that don't require electricity?

Here's a few of my ideas...
> bowl of water with fan blowing over it
>Fan
>I read somewhere that hanging up small hand towels that are wet can help but not to sure...

I'm pretty stuck when it comes to this so any help would be great!

Phew! That is pretty hot. I like the idea of the bowl of water, but i would even go as far as to put water in 2 liter bottles and freeze them, then try standing those in front of the fan on a chair or in said bowl of water or whatever. Just a cheap and easy solution that might help bring down the temp.

My closet stays around 88F, but there isnt shit I can do about it and my plants seem to be doing well enough. I'm sure for me it would go better with lower temps, but its going well either way

Why not just cut out a intake? Unless you are using co2 it doesnt really need to be sealed other then light issues and thats easily fixed.

Cut out a lil hole behind the fan?

Yeah man, Its probably something i'll need to get on top off The fan has helps i'm now running at around 28. C - After running the ran over night with two chinese food containers full of ice the leaves have taken on this shiney look (the ones closest to the water) Is that ok? I've seen simular looking leaves before around the forums...
