Heat Stress, Or Over Nute?

The problem appeared to have started from the top down... have a few fans to regulate temp... What do you guys think? ppm meter is on the way...

What kind of Lights are you using?
How old are the plant(s)?
How much Nutes are you feeding it every feeding time?

250 MH light
880 ppms
just toping with h20
mild nutes every week ish?

try nutes once every 2 weeks

prob going to start to flower at the end of the week... im going to flush and replace the solution.... what ratio/ppms do you recommend? (GH nutrients)

I'm just vegging with watter right now , I have to trans plant my plants next week and give then a fish water feeding so I only use Water , Fish water and Merical Grow 20/20/20
