Heat stress

Hi everyone,
It's my first time growing and I was away for a couple of hours and after I came back home in my tent the temperature was up to 33 degrees my plants are on there 3rd week and they look quite stressed out. Now for the 3rd day they are still not showing any signs of recovery. I left the light up a little more (there under a 250w lamp) and I'm just giving them plane tap water that the EC is 0.3. Yesterday I flushed them with Flora Clean and it was the second watering since the stress. Can anyone tell me how I could recover them should I cut the yellow leaves because from the bottom of the plant there are new leaves popping out and the top of the plant the leaves look 20200527_132846.jpg20200527_132835.jpg20200527_132846.jpg20200527_132849.jpghealthy.
Thank you.

Need more info mate, what is the medium your using? What is your PH etc

Plant looks hungry to me which could either be a lockout from the PH being off or it just simply needs feeding but dont know if your medium already has food in it?

My growing medium is Coco coir. The pH that I give my plants is always in between 5.6 and 5.8. I was feeding them with 0.7 EC last

Bring that feed up to around 1.8 EC and watch it explode. Don't cut those leaves yet.
