Hi peeps,

I have a bit of heat stress, not too bad though.

Is there anything i can do to help her apart from keeping the temps down?

do you run an efficient exaust and intake system for the size of you set up (extraction fans and a good source of fresh air recurculating your growroom/space ????).
what size of space do you have and what lamp are you using ????

Great advice beefy, I gotta 600w hps, but can keep it close b/c 4"inline fan an window a/c unit in my 4x4x6 bloom room. Temp is irrelevant when it comes to the heat the light gives off, and exhaust. Good exhaust is sooooo important!

yeah beefy, 4"inline fan ran with duct piping through my light hood, then through pipe duct out the box. Air cooled hood method. and the window a/c to cool the room. enables a dream bloom room. 4x4x6, light can get close, humidity super low from the exhaust and a/c unit!

All i wanted to know is, can i do anything to help them through the stress apart from keeping the temps down?

yes, i run an extractions and intake , the timer they was on stopped working.
