You didn't tell the whole story to start with ... but :

- Jerry is immune to anything in europe, china doesn't care if an EU country doesn't charge you VAT. It might not be the same for a company in another EU country. EU countries are much more likely to work together ..[/QUOTE]
Czech Republic is not an EU country!

Bonjour
Ok you paid vat...!
Is any of the one who order from tme mailed them before to ask if it was possible to avoid it???
I paid vat for my first orders...but I mailed them 2 weeks ago because I am about to order again and I asked them if I make orders under 45€ would I have to pay vat...they said I am not a company so I do not have to pay it and that I have to contact them before my order...no more since...I just try to give peoples here an info to save money...but when I see the posts I get I return...next time I will keep it for me you are right!

Hi,
I heard from someone on a forum it was possible if you don't buy as a company you don't have to pay vat, if you contact tme before you order. Is this correct can i avoid paying vat?

Hi,

isn't true, only the companies with a european VAT can buy with the 0% vat, and after the company will must do the intrastat procedure.
