HeatStress/LightBurn or Nutrient Problem

I've looked over the plant problem with pics thread...seems to me that they've got a little heat stress, and or light burn opposed to a nutrient problem...but would love to have a few others come in and agree that it's heat stress...sooooo....

I have it under a 400w hps, been under this for about a week now
humidity has been from 40-60 (mostly)
temp from 60 (when off), usually around 72-80 when on...at one point i believe it got to around 90 (i was trying to get the humidity lower by raising the temp).

Anywho, if a few of you could chime in, and, i dunno  like...maybe let me sleep a little easier tonight...that'd be great...please kiss-ass

It looks like ph spotting. This means that the ph of your soil is fluctuating between too high and too low. When the ph flutuates like this the plant can't use the nutrients, thus nutrient lock. When nutes are locked out they will suffer from both nute burn one moment and nute deficiency the next.
What is the ph of your run off water?
What soil did you repot into?

add more vermiculite to your soil next time so you can flush your plants with three times the pot size with water,it lets the water flow through the soil better rather then waterlogging the roots.

I think you mean perlite. Vermiculite is a water retaining agent.

I agree about the possible ph spotting, but it also is quite indicative of light bleaching, due to the randomness of the patches. these are clones, no?

they are clones
repotted into some fox farm soil
haven't checked the ph yet, don't have necessary tools until friday.

What would be a quick fix...to flush each one with a few gallons of water?
Much appreciated!

move your lights up a tad. and why flush if you cant properly ph the water. or if you must flush use distilled water-ph 7
