Try to find 20-20-20 NPK with TE (trace elements), preferably something you can mix. I think its available every where.

Tomato fertilizers work good with cannabis plants. Just dilute that per their recommendations and feed them. To be on the safe side you can give half strength at first to see how they respond after 3-4 days of application.
