height needed for white widow?

Im thinking of building a closet grow room for the white widow plant.
The closet is 180cm in height and that should be enought i think but.....if i devide it in half to make two grow rooms 90cm a piece minus room for the lights 20cm minus 20cm for the pots. That leaves 50cm for the plants. Is that to small a plant to even bother? Can you make good plants that small or am I better of with the taller trees?

I never grown any weed before but I got a hold of some WW seeds(me like).

So, tall trees or bonsai?

If you do a bunch of LST (low stress training) and use a short veg period, you should be able to get around the height problem. That's pretty small though and you haven't listed what you plan to do about lighting. Don't forget that a light will make your space even smaller.

I calculated about 20cm for flouresent ligts(want to keep the heat down) and 20cm for the planting pots. 90-20-20=50cm. Small plants indeed so what would get me the best harvest. Many small plants or some tall trees?

I would do 1 plant, heavily LST'd to provide many bud sites. Maybe even a SCROG to keep the canopy as even as possible.

If a do a long LST like this and go to flowering when it reaches the end of the box.....would that work?

Edit:and SCROG so it doesnt grow into the lights...

as long as it don't grow into the box or light that willwork outgreat.

Thanks for all the help. I gonna do some trial growing with two boxes at each level(total of four) and se if it reaches the ligts, or stops in time, or that the screen will stop it enough. If it doesnt work well i will go for the taller trees the next time. Time to paint the inside white and mount some lights.
