helicopters!!!!

OK now I know I COULD be parinoid but I always believe to plan for the worst so here I am. I just ordered my seeds off line. Not to my own home of course. But the day I finished my grow room before I ever even germinated my seeds. I had a helicopter fly directly over my home go a 100 yards and bust a U turn and came right back over. I noticed a red light on one fly by and a green on the other. Then he was gone. This was about 9pm. Since then I have had another helicopter fly over on two different day with this weird tubler framing built onto it which looked to be the framing for a camera. Now i didn't pay to much attention to the air traffic before this but it's definaly caught my attention. The only thing that I dont get is the first fly by I talked about happened before i ever cranked up my lights. So that's what confuses me. How could they already be looking at me and I havent even germinated my seeds or cranked up my lights, but have since then. Am I being perinoid or what?

I think your being paranoid dude, unless you bought ALOT of grow equipment from one place and got noticed. Other than that you should be strait

i agree, you're just being paranoid.. if you live in the states, heli's are the least of your worries honestly as i've heard that they need to have a warrant to use infrared camera's on your place..
there are lots of other things that are going to get you popped way before some random helicopter, like telling people that you grow, selling out of the grow house, stealing electricity to power a grow, lots of foot traffic around the grow, smell not being contained, and did i mention telling others that you grow yet??

OK then I'll say I am being parinoid for the moment but i dont live in a MMS and where I live this gets LEO rocks off to this stuff. Even have it on there website. I really what kinda evadence they need to kick in my door. I have visited the hydro store lately. Def. haven't told anyone so I aint worried about that. This aint my first rodeo. Just a bit weird and i guess I'm tripping.

It's OK ... the second pass is the one that counts, and that one gave you the green light ... cn

If your car is registered to your grow site, a grow store might not be best place to be visiting if there that hard up. They can and do run plates, and if they have nothing better to do, a knock n talk is possible... But a heli is hella expensive to run, there not gonna send one after you just because they have a hunch.

Hey, just wanna add ma 2 cents. Although a warrant is required for a Flir scan(heli), they often scan without warrants. I'm not saying that they are watching u as that usually requires a rat or buying lots of equipment as mentioned. The thing is the cops aren't as bad as getting robbed so either way being a lil paro is good. The key is tell nobody as mentioned and this will give u the best chance of getting to the finish line. Another thing is the chopper can scan from far away and does not need to be directly overhead. Look up flir on YouTube and ull see what I'm talking about. Truth is some people get booked because neighbours are bitches and will call u in for not putting out the garbage on time. Many ways to get nailed...some u can control and others are just a matter of perception.

Just a note about the red and green light, they're running lights. All planes and boats have them, and I'd assume choppers as well. White light on the rear, green light on the starboard (right) side and red light in the port (left) side. It is so other vehicles, when they see these lights, can tell what side of the boat/plane they're looking at. They're mainly for night travel, but I'd imagine some use them during the day as well.

You should probably wait outside for this to happen again, and then shoot at the helicopter with a projectile weapon. Just my $0.02. How's the Guerilla Grow going?

Get used to it homie, it's the nature of game. Paranoia will creep in hardcore for most people even if you got a little microgrow goin. Dont forget about your trash. It's one of the first place LEO's look for evidence. And that's for any type of investigation growing weed or any other crime. I always felt a little paranoia is a good thing though, keeps you sharp, makes you think about your safety.

My RPG is in the shop so i guess Ill just use the ray gun for now. haha. but yea this thing was so low to the ground and then went a 100 yards made a u-turn and came right back over my house for a second time, then after passing my house made a left and headed back towards the airport. i dont mind coppers normaly, but this was extra weird. Other then that. I got a batch im about to sex soon and then throw in the woods. but I'm holding off on my autos for now till they start showing signs of flowering.

So a few weeks ago (I was pretty stoned by the way and) I was transplanting four 3 week old plants (6-8 inches) from Solo cups to 3 gallon pots on a nice sunny Sunday morning. I live on a long cul de sac. I have a huge olive tree right next to my workshop (grow room). Wouldn't you know ... I am carrying the baby plants around and a police helicopter flies over and starts hovering over my street about three houses down from my house. I was under the partial cover of the olive tree but that motherfucker was CLOSE he was probably twoo hundred yards distant. I almost shit my pants.

I got all paranoid and started hiding behind the olive tree and peeking out at the cop chopper. After a few seconds he zoomed away.

About five minutes later, a SECOND cop chopper does the exact same thing.

By this time I am so paranoid I actually considered completely tearing out a month old 60 plant pot garden (... before the police show up with search warrant) ... but I didn't. "No, Bonzo," I told myself, "you are just super-paranoid because you are so stoned."

A little while later I went out into the front yard. My whole street was crammed with cars - every parking place on my street was filled. The couple down the street were having a garden party. The cops were surveying the unusual traffic congestion.
