we live right at the end of the airport every plane and chopper coming and going go right over the garden and nobody cares at all weather ya are legal or not here lol and we got it all national guard, coast guard,. private etc

Lots of things changing here for better or worse so this fall will be interesting, might be less aircraft. But pretty sure if they've got a budget in place they'll spend it, they won't give it back lol.

Fucking amazing here, governor cut funding to schools, raised taxes on retirees, doubled the gas tax, etc. But we never have enough money to fund schools, fix the roads, help the vets or seniors etc.

But....when it comes to finding cash to fly helicopters and airplanes, so Obama can further his war on drugs, and lock humans in cages for growing plants, that he himself joked about smoking, the money is unending. Nice to know these cocks in government have their priorities straight.

I heard the county chopper again yesterday. This time I was cutting Mamma's okra, and it was far away, so didn't even kick up my heart rate. But hearing it twice in a week means they have got the money for a few days worth of flying.

Our county chopper is an old one, so it's plenty loud. They don't fly it very many days a year anymore. Federal funding was cut. They will take it up if they have a tip on a patch. That way they can put it in the paper that patch was spotted from the air, so the tipster doesn't draw heat.

I've only found three this year, two of which had dug in. I always try to remember to spray, but I usually go check on my patches from the camp. Most days I just wake up, get dressed and go. But then I have to spray down at night in order to sleep without covers, so I should have some protection left.

I don't but I should, spray I mean, in the fall they get even worse, I save the 90% deet for then lol.

You can't get the high % stuff here anymore, not for years. I bought a case years ago for spring bear hunt. Melts the plastic on my bow handle lol. Yes it is supposed to be bad but it's the only stuff that works for black flies here and up north.
