Congrats man, take care of her well. I was lucky enough to have my first plant be a girl also. Make sure not to let your light leak in anywhere, or you'll end up with a he-she

What do you mean by let the light leak out and how an that make it a hermie?

Have you named her yet? What strain is she?

Her name's Gladius, like a female gladiator or something like that. I have no idea what strain she is, she's just a random bag seed.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

when light leaks onto the plants during the dark period it stresses the plant, and the most often way that the plant shows this is becoming a hermie.

Well I've pretty much switched to completely outside growing now. I started off with indoor though and yes, complete darkness.

I took two of the smallest clones you'll ever see just for testers. I put them in jiffy pellets using a Shultz Take Root: rooting hormone.

Well lets hope they work, they're mainly just a test round

those clones will not work. you can't clone a fan leave. you have to add at least one node in there for separate leaves to sprout from.

Oh really? Damn. Well I guess I'll just keep those for a few days to see if the rooting hormone is at least effective then I'll top the mother plant or something.

okay, I've got a question about topping my plant for: 1) Increasing yield 2)making clones.

When topping my plant, can I chop off the second from top node along with the top node, or can it only be the top node? See attachment.
