Hey all, just ordered through HDSC last night and received confirmation that a shipping label was created by this morning with tracking to come soon. Great selection of seeds, maybe not the cheapest out there but definitely some great strains to pick from. If shipping all goes well and everything arrives accurately I will definitely be using again.

Hey there Rob Roy, sure did, they actually came this afternoon. They were shipped on Wednesday and came with two day shipping in the original Ethos breeders pack, I can post some pictures of them unless that is for some reason frowned upon in their original packaging. So a few business days did go by before they actually went into the mail but all in all, from order to my mailbox, a weeks time. Not too shabby in my opinion.

This is obviously just one order but I give the place a super solid review for process, selection of strains, and time to receive the order. Prices are inline with most other places I would say.

EDIT: Since most are probably curious, I did NOT get any freebies with my order, however to be fair to them it never said I was going to with my order. This might be a deal breaker for some, but honestly most freebies I have gotten from other places in the past are not that great anyways so for me not an issue.

Thanks for the update. Glad it went well for you.

I just received my second order from them and while they aren't quite as fast some, it only took a week from the day they received my money order. I can live with that and will use them again.

Decided to try this bank out and got scammed it seems. Sent payment to Frank by Zelle and they responded with an email saying payment was received and items would ship in a day or two. The tracking they gave Capture  preshipment.JPGCapture  hdsc  scam.JPG
still shows USPS awaiting item after 10 days. The only response I got from Frank at HDSC is that its on the way and it should be there today but nothing shows up. Tracking still says USPS awaiting item. The last email I sent, they completely ignored it. Writing this review to help others to not get scammed by them.

What did you order and was it in stock? This bank will take payment and then get the delivery for the seeds you want. The proper choice would be to tell the buyer that the seeds are not in stock.
You'll get your pack, but that's the deal on why that labels's been printed but not scanned, imo.

I received part of the order. I contacted them about the missing product and was told that they were out of them even though they were showing 4 in stock when I paid for them. So they offered a refund of that item or a replacement and I chose a replacement, same price and they said they would send them out. I haven't heard back whether they ever shipped the replacement or not so I guess I will wait a while and contact them if nothing shows up. So overall, not a scam as I first thought but the most frustrating experience I've had yet ordering beans.

Apparently this middleman is starting to have issues. I ordered twice from them last year with 2 smaller orders to test them out. Both came very quickly and were correct in breeder's packs. A few weeks ago I made a $300 order. The shipping label was made but the tracking number has shown that the post office is waiting for the item for 2 weeks now. It was supposed to be 2-day shipping. I tried to ask them about the order through multiple channels. I never received a response.

After looking into it further with some googl-fu, I found multiple posts on autoflower.net forums stating they were dealing with the same thing. Label made, awaiting item, and no responses to emails for weeks. Multiple people on one seedbank review site echoed what the above poster said. They are apparently not updating their website to show they are actually out of several items that show up as in stock. Communication has apparently become very spotty at best as well. I just thought I would let people know. Your probably better off going with the other more established ones until they get their act together. I guess it's back to the old reliables for me. He finally got back to me. He said they were out of some of the things I ordered and he'd send a refund. During my searches I ran across another review on the Autoflower forum that said the beans they got turned out to be nothing like what they ordered. Very dark purple almost black. The pictures posted showed the desciption to be on point. He'd grown that strain several times before and all were vibrant green in color. I usually just attribute this to a one off pheno but that had me wondering about things. So I started a few more of my original orders from hdsc out of curiosity. I am getting the same mutation from 2 seperate packs of 2 separate strains. Since he's a reseller, I am not going to just put the blame on them but this is discouraging in regards to trusting these genetics, even if it's his supplier.

He states that usps is losing a bunch of packages. The second tracking number shows the same as the first though. Post office awaiting item. My curiosity grows further. I ordered from another bank that I know ships from the same state relatively close geographically as well. Sure enough, when the order is processed the tracking immediately shows as "Item received" at the distribution center. I will update if I get the refund as promised or if by some miracle the post office is actually at fault here when I finally get an order. However there are inconsistencies galore here now.

I was just sent an email saying he was sending a replacement. I wasn't wanting a refund. I was just asked him what was going on with the order at 2 weeks. He said it was probably lost or stolen. It just that multiple people have the same problem. I think you can expect to occasionally not have what is shown in stock on his site. Im sure your good with larger stock numbers but he needs a way to suggest alternative selections if strain are out. You have to search to get ahold of him. He's been ok. The first tracking number started actually showing progress and said that it was recieved today when he said he was sending another order.

My bad, I was high AF when I wrote that. I was going to say, they are starting to show signs of slight issues. He is a reseller. I've seen the price tag sticker in euros on a couple packs. So whichever supplier he's getting them from or whomever is receiving his shipments could be to blame for the same mutation showing up in different packs of different strains by bean swapping. I haven't gotten any tamper proof breeders packs yet. You can buy all kinds of packaging these days. They sell cannabis product packaging by the hundreds per order on ebay. The euro price tag is a pretty strong indicator that at least some are authentic. Then there is a possibility that the acid I use could have just happened to cause the same missing leaflet mutations but this is the first time in years of growing that I have ever seen this while using the same PH down. He does have a YouTube channel and IG account that shows drops that he just got. If you check them out and order those your probably good on the stock issues. Maybe you could ask if what you want is in stock ahead of time just to be safe. None of the feminized packs I've gotten from him have had any males. That would have been a serious indication of tampering. At this point you can't ask for a whole lot more from a drop shipper or reseller. None of the posts I came across complaining about partial orders or bad communication were older than December 2020. So hopefully this is just a slight recent issue that will be ironed out. I just know that I had to search pretty hard to find the complaints but when I did they were all the same as mine and wanted to warn people so they knew heading into ordering from him. Again I think this is not best business practices rather than outright scamming customers. He volunteered the replacement and refund. I was just asking about the delay. It seems like the review I left lit a fire under his ass.

I am legal so I can leave a pretty big digital footprint without much worry. I know many aren't though and was just trying to look out for them.

I'm sorry your interaction didn't go well. I can say with certainty in my experience they aren't scammers though.

Every one of the several orders I've made with Hella Dank have delivered. One took a couple weeks, during the "postal crisis" a few months back, (not their fault) all the rest were about a week to 10 days cross country.
