hello please an answer to a newbies question

Hi guys I would like you to help me with something it's my first grow outdoors on pots my girls are sativa strain the problem I have is that I am in 8-9 week of flowering and some of the pistils have started to turn brown in every bud but the buds haven't filled out is this something to worry about please respond greetings from greece

Are you 9 weeks from seed ? Are you feeding something for your buds, can you post a picture, that would help anyone who wants to help a good starting point.

They start turning brown before they start to swell. Usually about halfway to 2/3 of the way through flower. It looks fine. Sativas just usually take longer to finish.

Read the seed breeders instructions and add 2 weeks to that (in general). Only way to be sure is to get a scope. The Supereyes scope on Amazon is great. Hooks to your laptop. They are around $30. Totally worth it.

Cloudy tricomes.. Just waiting for some ambers to show up in the next ten days. With the USB scopes you can zero in on one single trichome and blow it up on your screen. It's cool and gives you a definite answer.

The seeds are not from a seed bank they are local strains given to my from a grandpa thats why I do not now any details I am going blind with this and the grandpa is no longer in life to ask more info thats why I've turned to you if the pistils were problem if it's going to swell how long do you think for harvest etc
