First, I think the only reason MG is looked down upon is that it has time released nutes, and it's easy to burn up your plants. But tbh, I've seen some badass grows using MG products.
I'm pretty sure you're gonna need more lights pretty soon, and if those are 13w lights, you can basically touch your plants with them, so get as close as possible with them. But with more lights = more ventilation. Make sure you have adequate ventilation.
"I want a good grow and good smoke" is really general thing. What's your plan gonna be? What are your expectations. Then people can help you, once you know what it is you want. In the end, your grow usually mirrors the amount of effort put in, but that doesn't mean that cheap grows cant be good grows. Just have to know what you're doing (which means a lot of research) and some tlc.
