HELP... 6wks in flower and still clear trichomes

Guys iv got so much twiney scrag near the bottom but im aiming to start flush withing the next 10 days, would it be advised Not to cut all this off?

Also as you can see the leaves are so burnt around the edges, can anyone clarify if this is major tip burn due to over feeding?

If they come off with a very light pull, then I do. Otherwise I leave them be...
