Yeah I think I'm gonna start giving nutes to the plants today.
NEWS : I got 6 newborn seedlings that will be under light tonight. Three of them are White Skunk and the 3 others are Purple Widow. We'll see their evolution...

£30 and you've got yourself a T8 floro x2 tube, perfect for your seedlings, or a 125w cfl enviro.
with them 2 options above, not only can you hang the light within a few inches of the plant, but it is in the blue 6400k range, which will seriously stop the stretch issue.
hps will stretch them like crazy as is already evident.
lighting is your biggest issue here, if they carry on like they are it's possible when they start to veg out they will just topple as the stem will not support the growth.

Yeah I already knew that my main problem is the light here. But I did not plan to buy a bunch of accessories for the plants.
As my thread indicates this is my 1st grow and I got the 250w HPS for cheap so I don't have much to lose.
I had the same problems with the 2 biggest ones but they are doing fine now, no more stretching and the stems are thickening. I hope the new ones will follow.
But I'll keep your 411 for my next grow thanks man !

By the way here is the status of the growroom with all the newborn seedlings. Some of them stretched really bad but I'll manage to make it work like the first ones.
- 3 White Skunk
- 3 Purple Widow
- 1 Unknown (I found it dying underground during its germination process, I tried to revive it under the light and it worked).
I didn't plan to start so many into my closet for a first grow.
I'll see how it works...

Sorry for not keeping the thread up to date for a long time but some things changed.
I had to give away the plants (to a reliable source) because I have to move abroad for professional reasons.
HOWEVER, I am still a member of ROLLITUP, 100%.
I'll start a new grow ASAP and keep a thread about it.

props for sticking it out and adjusting and learning. I'm doing the same things. Like randy suggested before, with great articles that to me are a "must read", keep researching and learning every chance you get.
