Help a brother out with a lil ph mystery

K so lately I've been trying to really science up my grow skills and I'm running into a ph problem in my res and I'm not even doing true hydro! I've got raised soil beds that I'm hand watering with a pump and wand and I've been noticing something I'll mix my res (proper order to minimize covalant bonding)
Then ph I'll make sure my ph is holding for a few minutes before I start watering. When I'm done watering I'll check my ph in the res again and it's always wayyyy out of whack I phed to 6.5 today's and when I was done it was 7.3!!!
The worst is when i do fulvic, humic, b vitamin and calmag together

Conditions:
Using tap water from a well ppm around 150 ph close to 7

Res size 1000 litres

Using a bubbler to recirculate and air-rate the water

Any help is appreciated I know I'm probably missing something big here

Use hyrated lime,,lime is a good source of calcium and many other things,,,,, it will neutralize the soil to a ph of 6-7,,,,soil is important and the foundation or main building block lime will improve soil quality and take some of the guess out,,,,,,,,,,,, I water about once a month with some hydrated lime,,and have never had or encountered a ph problem,,,,read up on lime,,I use 1 teaspoon per gallon of water,,,I found,,off subject a bit that Cannabis number one deficiency during rapid veg growth will be calcium ,,iron and manganese ,, but lime helps that I also mix milk with water a 50/50 or 25/75,,milk is old school garden and soil improvement,,were some huge study's on it but milk has lots of calcium and iron and other things plants use to get big and strong and is not a nutrient,,, but like anything sure you could over do it ,,Lime should fix you up ir will make you soil good,,and consistent

Your not missing anything. Just over thinking.

You don't have a res, as you are growing in soil. It's just a container that you mix nutes in.

Top dreas dolomite lime into soil and just water it.

Generally good soil doesn't need extra nutes and I wouldn't worry about the ph

Growing outdoors and indoors is not much different. One uses sun. The other artificial light
