Help a newbie better understand ventilation and temperature/humidity control.

If your going to pump in outside air I don't think its going to be a problem in the winter. The bare bulbs will work to keep the humidity in check. In the summer however, you are going to be fucked. Unless you can hook up some jet engines for exhaust, your not going to be able to cool the room down enough.
