Help another newbie in need of help

Excuse me for sounding stupid but i am a newbie first grow ever, i have two plants one 3 weeks the other 4 weeks from seedlings. 1rst plant died less then 48 hours plant starting turning yellow, and withered and died the older the same but slower, mixed outside soil with m.g, cfl floodlights 18/6 younger hotter lamp then other. How do u post pics from phone

oh dear..........................seedlings don't like MG. those lights suck. get spiral cfl's or T5's.

THE OLDER PlaNT WITH COOLER FLOOLAMP CFL HAS A SPIRAL BULB INSIDE, BUT STILL EXPERIMENTING WITH COLLECTED SEEDS BEFORE I GO INTO WITH SEED BANKS

First to solve most problems these products should be bought to go with your cfl light - ph test kit,tds meter,soilless premix such as fox farm ocean forest,age organics ,promix bx etc and patience. Also when using a pre added soilless like ocean forest that you must not fertize until all the nutrients have left the soil or this will cause nutrient lock up. One last note is to never bring outdoor soil inside unless it has be sterilzed inside an oven or sterilizer sort as outdoor soil has bugs and bug eggs inside that will bring later problems when they hatch.
