Help!!! Anyone?

Help!!! What's goin on with my plants. Threy're about 3 inces tall, i'm running 1000 MH in a 5lx2wx6t. How often should i be watering them, growing hydro. I water them once a day and they start to drop in about 12 hrs. When i water them they perk up. I read that i'm not suppose to overwater them. Strsin is Kaya from nirvana.

looks like some long stems there, that behavior usually means the light is too far from the plants, and they are naturally stretching to the source of the light. The best thing to do is basically put your hand on top of the plant and level the light to where you feel the warmth but not any real heat and leave it there for now. Meanwhile I would prop them up with something and start making sure they have airflow over them, you can come back from this I saved my plant, if you let it continue they will just fall over when watered one day though.

I'll leave the watering question for someone with more experience working with your medium , I'm a soil grower.

well im not much of a hydro exper. but change the res once a week. plant is a bit streched out get your light closer with out the heat frting them.

I think i mess up when i first started them. I let them sprout under natural sun light. I put them in the grow room and they stoped getting taller. These are the most recent pics. Some of the leafs have a yellowish tint in the middle, is this good? Any advice would help.

them pics have a green color to them hard to see. but sounds like nu te. deff. like i said not much into hydo. i would change the res and bump the nitregon up just a bit.

the temps about 78 F and humidity about 70%. Here are the lastest pics.
I think there donig better.
