Help!! Are they dead.

Growing hydro (flood & Drain). Flood once a day. They were growing fine untill last night. Woke up and this is how i found them. Any advice would help.

I believe that is lack of water.

I add water, but they still haven't perked. How long will it take to perk up.

So, i let them dry out and nothing really happen. i added a little distillted water and they perked up a bit. The leaves have brownish spots on the tips. Is this nute burn? what does nute burn look like.
