HELP ARE THEY TOO FAR GONE

2 weeks? Maybe they grew too close to your light and got light bleached. What's ur lighting system? And how far was it to the tops?

They are outside... is it possible that it comes from too much rain water because its been raining alot here

Nope. I'd worry about over watering if it rained a lot. Its probably Iron Deficiency then.
