Help asap dying plants !!!!

I left my lights on and went out today but as i've not installed a fan yet i had 3 holes in top of grow box to help let some heat out which i then covered in dark time to avoid light getting in. Anyways as i said left light on and went out today and my sister was babysitting for me she accidentally covered the holes in box with her coat and when i came home 1 of the 2 plants were completely dead and the other plant has 1 set of leaves completely withered and dried out but the rest of that plant seem fine. So my q? Is will this plant be ok and pull through or if 1 set of leaves die will the rest follow.

(normally i open and let plenty air circulate the box every day due to no fans but today was unavoidable and this happened so please dont go on about the importance of fans as i know this but am working on it in next few days and my method has been working up until now)

any help or advice greatly appreciated

Keep watering it and see what happens. Not much else you can do and no one here is going to be able to tell you if it's going to make it or not. It might and it might not =/

Sorry man, accidentally posted that before I was done typing it.

i just watered it yesterday and will do again on sunday hopefully it pulls thru as its my biggest of 4 plants (well 3 now) +REP for the help jakenbake
if it dies i still got 4 seeds to germinate and if i get my fans installed tomorrow hopefully next grow will go fine.

Alright how big is the plant that's still alive? And how old is it? You said 1 set of leaves is dead, how many more 'sets' are there? If less than 50% of the plant died, then I woul dpersonally say that you have a very good chance of keeping her going. Just DON'T OVERWATER! lol, other dude said keep watering, DON'T KEEP WATERING! lol, Water once, VERY heavily, untill you get some water running out of the bottom of the pot. Then you shouldn't water again untill the pot is light to life, or the soil is dry 2 inches under the surface. My girls in flower I water like this every 3 days, but my smaller plants in veg, they only need a watering about once every week and a half.

Oh yea this is just an easy way to help prevent growers from over/under watering, just a little FYI. lol

Thanks for the advice my camera is fu@@ed at the moment will get more pics up in a day or so. the plant is 2 weeks old and about 5 inches tall but bent over for lst it has 2 other sets of healthy leaves and a new set just started coming in today while the other leaves burnt, anyway i will keep watering once every 3-4 days and hope for the best

here are some pics of my plants now they seem to have recovered well from being burnt and i have started lst on 1 of them, what u all think?

here are some up to date pics of my plants. a couple got burnt from the heat with no fans a few weeks ago but they are bouncing back to life well now with the fan on them all day.
i have started LST with 2 plants as u can see in pics they are doing ok but i've noticed the plant on my window ledge is about twice as big as the ones under the light. i am doing 12/12 lighting from seed any suggestions to improve my plant size without to much more cost as im on a tight budget.

any help greatly appreciated and +rep for any advice
