Help ASAP Leaves turning brown by the minute

Ok I just transplanted the baby yesterday. AMS strain. She is 3 days away from 4 weeks. I didn't sterilize pot before I transplanted could this be problem. I included pics. Please help I can't lose my baby.

Couldn't post pics for whatever reason. What are some reasons the plant leaves would turn brown and start to dry up?

I'm guessing that its a moisture related problem. Pix would help. After you transplanted did you water the plant really well to get all the air pockets out of the soil?
