I ran the G-13 White Widow as my first grow ever, sadly didn't make it past week 4 of Flower, but it was an amazing 4Ft tall, and one straight up cola, with very minimal side nodes. I was a noob back then and had a friend kill them somehow but they smelled great and were super frosty.Thanks I decided early on I want to avoid Feminized and autos. Could you give some details on the DNA's you've run? The Dina beans I ran were free with my first order. I can't complain with those 4. I enjoyed original Amnesia the best of those 9-10 weeks flower above average on all counts I've actually kept this for myself. This grows differently then anything else I've run. It veg's a little slower with little stretch upward it's more side stretch. It's by far the shortest but still doesn't hang more than 6/8 over the sides of my 7 gallon pots but still yields close to my others. My friend loves the white Siberian. The critical Jack has a very nice taste and all 3 of them were easy to clean. The G-13 could have been a fluke but really small flower, very slow veg, and very poor yield. It was only one seed but I'd need to hear a lot of great thing about them to try them. I know it's a very small sample size but I kept 3/4 freebies from dinafem. On the other hand I was upset with myself in the end for runnning g-13 white widow. It was a waste of space and I had a winner black widow!
I grew the G-13 Pineapple express and it was pretty damn good. My pheno sadly was short and bushy so I didn't yield much maybe up to 3-4Oz leaning more towards 3. The smell was too much though, it was a good type of smell extra fruity like a girls candy perfume (Not sure if you smelled that before lol) The high was all mental for me, made me think about things I wouldn't normally think about.
My friend grew OG Blue from G-13, he said he had a hard time growing it but he doesn't use any essentials like PH meter, PPM checker, or good nutes (He buys the cheapest he can find) The smoke to me personally was mild, more of a "I want to get some stress off but still be able to work" type of high. It's bag appeal was nice though, very frosty.
For DNA I have only grown the Auto 60 day wonder. It was compact, short, branchy, and hella dense. The high isn't anywhere near any of the Photos I've grown but for 60 days 84 grams was ok. Granted I have only grown one from DNA, I have friends in CO, TX, GA, and CA (Canada) who have grown DNA for 5+ years and I hear nothing but good things about them. I just haven't been growing a lot for the past 2 years, I just grow for personal use and to give away to friends who don't like "Street" weed in NYC (its all starting to taste like shit and filled with random things we dont know)
I'll be growing Auto White Widow & Auto Critical Jack from Dinafem starting on Xmas day or New Years Eve when I purchase a new tent.
I use 5 gal smart pots all the way through never transplant for any plant unless it shows serious signs of rootbound and all my photos are usually vegged for 2 months 3 months if I'm only growing one plant or LOVE a strain.

. Other than that it's been relatively smooth sailing for me. My first job was in a greenhouse after school, weekends, and summers. It didn't pay much but it sure has paid dividends. However, I'm trying to avoid strains that have herm tendencies along with fems and auto but thanks for the input. Avoiding this trait was a primary reason for this thread. As I don't trust someone selling me something to point out the negatives. I've read that tendency occurs in some of dna/rp strains . . . and I'm interested in skywalker, kosher kush and a few others but at this point I'm concerned about the time and effort ect vs that tendency! To this point it hasn't been worth the risk I plan on running what I have in the stable and every run adding in a couple from something new. I'd blow a gasket if I noticed that to late. I keep the new comers near the door so it's the first thing I see and see the best. But this is also where my fresh air comes in and my fans blow the air directly over everything else towards the exhaust. So if I had a problem it will be worst case for me. A few beans down low doesn't bother me but I want my flowers focused on swelling.
